- You means the person accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf such person is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Rights to cancel your order

You have the right to cancel your Order within 5 days without giving any reason.

The deadline to cancel an Order is 5 days from the date on which You have received the Products or on which a third party designated by You, takes possession of the delivered product.

We will refund you within a maximum of 14 days from the day we receive the returned products if the digital or physical product or item cannot be returned due to our exceptions. We will use the same means of payment that You used for the Order, and You will not incur any charges for such refund.

Conditions for returns

In order for the Products to be eligible for return, please make sure that.

- Transferable nft, non-nft or physical items that have been purchased within the last 5 days.

- The nft boxes that have not been opened or used.

The following nft or physical items cannot be returned

- The supply of items that, by their nature, are not suitable for return, deteriorate rapidly, or whose expiration date has expired (applies to physical product).

- Nft items that cannot be transferred.

- Assets that you have purchased from third parties in our digital store.

- Items you have used.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Only regular priced products can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale products cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if not permitted by applicable law.

Return of nft items

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us. You must send the nft items to the following wallet address.


We cannot be held responsible for nft items used or sent to third parties during the return. Therefore, we recommend an insured and tracked courier service. We cannot issue a refund without the hash transaction of the nft items or the accompanying removal of your non-nft digital item from our database.
